One Vehicle Per lease holder, additional vehicles must apply for reserved spots.

Premier Parking/Reserved Spots are subject to additional monthly fees that are billed by your leasing office.

Install Instructions:(1) Peel back to expose the sticky front side of the sticker.(2) Place sticker on the inside of the vehicle, in the lower corner of front windshield on the driver's side. Scan the QR code for an image reference.Please Note: Do NOT place sticker behind tinted parts of windshieldDo NOT place anywhere else on vehicleSticker is NOT transferable to any other vehicleMake sure the sticker is visible AT ALL TIMES on the property Submit Vehicle TAG update if plate number changes. Crime / Property Protection

Crime / Property Protection I acknowledge and accept responsibility for the conduct of myself and guests while on the property. I understand that if any criminal activity is committed by a guest, Park 360 reserves the right to release vehicle and resident information to the relevant authorities, property management, and any vendors adversely affected by the aforementioned crime committed on the premises.

Mailing Period

I understand that the decal mailing period is 30-45 days. If I do not receive it within 45 days, I have a 7-day grace period from the 45th day to contact residentservices@park360pm.com by email. Should I fail to do so within this grace period, I will be required to complete a lost/replacement form and pay the associated fees for a new decal. Decal must be displayed at all times after the mailing grace period.

RESIDENT RESPONSIBILITY GUEST PARKING ADDENDUM

I acknowledge my sole responsibility for:Setting up my resident parking account.Registering my guests and their vehicles prior to them parking.Accurately registering their license plate information.I understand that if I fail to register my guests or if there are errors in the license plate information, their vehicle is subject to immediate booting or towing.Compliance and ConsequencesI confirm that I have received and understand all parking rules and regulations, whether through posted signage on the property, the Park360 online portal, or from property management.I understand that any violation of parking rules or failure to follow instructions may lead to the revocation of my P360 GuestConnect account, the loss of all guest parking privileges, and disciplinary action at the discretion of Park360 LLC.Fraudulent DisputesI also understand that any fraudulent credit/debit card disputes related to guest parking—initiated by either myself or my guests—will result in the revocation of my resident access to my P360 GuestConnect account.

Residential Decal Fee Policy New Residents only : A one-time courtesy fee of $25 is required for new move-ins to obtain a Residential Decal.Lost or Replacement Decals: A fee of $50 will be charged for lost or replacement decals. This fee can be paid through the parking portal. No exceptions will be made to this policy.Reserved/Premier Parking: Residents who apply for Reserved/Premier parking and only pay the Residential Decal fee will have their application denied. The fees paid for the Residential Decal are non-refundable and cannot be applied towards the Reserved/Premier parking fee.Payment: All fees must be paid through the parking portal.Additional Information: Residents should ensure that they are familiar with all parking rules and regulations.Please Note: This policy is subject to change. Residents are encouraged to check the parking portal for the most up-to-date information.

We are an indepedent service , indepedent services of all properties listed above, information is only used for the verification and determination of eligiblity for resident services .
